Kelly Clarkson was an American musician and singer who became the America's sweetheart when she was crowned American Idol in the first series. Her name is among the most successful artists to originate from her participation in the American Idol series. As she achieved success she explored a variety of genres and themes, frequently writing her own songs of her own feelings. In recognition of her talent and distinctiveness, she's been rewarded with a variety of accolades and accolades. In particular, she has been awarded the Grammy Award a record three times.
